It is almost that time a year again!
The 11th Annual Kick-Off Classic Tournament will be held at Larry
Mills Park on Friday, August 22nd – Sunday, August 24th
for U10 – U 14 Boys and Girls Travel Teams. Please note, only the teams close
to the Plum Borough area will possibly play Friday evening.
Each team will play a 3 game minimum. Each game will be two 25
minute halves. The U-10 division will play 7 v7 (maximum roster size 14), the
U-11 and U-12 teams will play 9 v 9 (maximum roster size 16) and the U-13 & U-14
teams will play 11 v 11 (maximum roster size 18). Each team is permitted 3 guest
players however; your team cannot exceed the maximum roster size when playing
with guest players.
The cost for the tournament will be $285 per team. If you
bring 3 or more teams from your organization, the cost per team will be $265.

registration forms and payment must be received by the due date of August 5th.
Each year, we get close to 100 teams participating and spaces fill up very
quickly.

Housing:
If you are coming from out-of-town, we will have
arrangements made with the Holiday Inn in
Monroeville for a discount. The discounted room rate is
$85.95 per night. To make the hotel
arrangements, please call 412-372-1022
and be sure to mention that you are with the 11th
Annual Kick-Off Classic Tournament.

Important Information
Medical Release Forms are necessary for each
player. We ask that you print a copy of our
medical release form
(.doc file), make copies, and
have each player complete. If you have medical release forms of your own, we
ask that you make copies as we keep the medical release forms at check in
(please do not mail prior to tournament). When you check in at the
tournament you will need the following:

checking these before your games)
*Copies of Birth Certificates for any players
(Please bring only if you do not have player cards or for guest players)
T-shirts
We will be pre-selling t-shirts for the tournament. If
you team is interested in ordering a shirt the cost for a shirt is $14.00
per shirt. Please print out an order form and send in one order form per
team no later than August 11th. Each team participating in the
tournament will have their name printed on the back of the shirt so please
be sure to include your team name on your registration form.
